- How do you select your caregivers?
All caregivers complete a thorough reference check, perform a criminal background check, administer a competency exam, and conduct a personal individual interview. Everyone that works with us, from home care aides to nurses, are bonded and insured. Every one of our caregivers has home care experience. We match caregivers to you and your family based on your care needs.
- What happens if my caregiver is sick?
It's not a problem. We orient multiple employees who can meet your care needs. If someone is sick, another is normally available.
- Who pays the caregiver - me or you?
Arcadia handles all the payroll, taxes, insurance and administrative responsibilities for you.
- Can I change the schedule if I have outside appointments or if I am going on vacation?
